Our paid internship program provides hands-on experience for students who are interested in the advertising industry. You can expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving and communication skills. This is a part-time position, averaging 30 hours per week, working in our Little Rock office. The experience begins June 3 and ends July 12. Participating students will be paid a $3,000 stipend. To qualify, you’ll need to be a 2024 spring college graduate, a 2024 fall senior or a junior with previous internship experience.

As an intern at CJRW, you’ll have the ability to focus on creative, media, account services or public relations and apply your college knowledge to REAL projects for major clients such as the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, Arkansas Tourism and Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.
You’ll also cultivate your problem-solving and communication skills while getting a taste of what it’s like to work in a full-service agency. HINT: There’s a lot of coffee, a lot of snacks, a lot of teamwork — and a lot of fun!
