The Ask

Delta Dirt Distillery is an Arkansas-based company that makes vodka, gin and bourbon products — all made with products from a farm in Phillips County that has been in the Williams family for generations. But in terms of branding, all they had was a name.

For a lot of agencies, this might be when you’d get all your creatives together, throw them in a room with a couple of pizzas and beers and let them fight it out. A couple of hours later, you get 3-4 mockups and BOOM — you’ve got some branding, baby!

But that’s not how we roll.

The Insight

We gathered key stakeholders and held a “Brand Camp” where we discussed and determined different elements of the Delta Dirt Distillery brand. Together, we looked at past industry work and other relevant industry brands – all in an effort to get Delta Dirt down to its essence in terms of color palette, tone/voice, and more.
