Shelby joined CJRW as Billing Coordinator in 2024, bringing billing and full cycle sales experience as well as a degree in marketing and management from Arkansas Tech University. Her favorite part of her role is getting to work with her teammates and cheering on their success.

Her favorite place to visit in Arkansas is the northwest part of the state, where she lived for a couple years after college. She loves that it is so beautiful there and that the vibes are always good.

Outside the office, you can find Shelby going to the gym, reading, and taking her mini goldendoodle, Crew, on all the walks.
