Romanitha “R.J.” Jones joined CJRW in 2024. As a Senior Account Manager, her mission is to elate our clients with thoughtful, data-driven, beautifully designed communications that get results. She is an alumna of UA Little Rock, with bachelor’s degrees in marketing and journalism and a master’s in professional and technical writing. She also brings certifications in Digital Media and SEO as well as 13 years of experience with The Design Group, where she spent the last nine years as Director of Account Services.

Her favorite place to visit in Arkansas is Crowley's Ridge — she loves to admire the geological formation that took millennia to forge as well as the gorgeous foliage in the fall. When she’s not working, she enjoys watching mindless television and football, reading and writing, cooking with her daughters and playing with her three granddogs, Monster Truck, Roxie and Autumn.
