Rachel joined CJRW as Operations Manager and HR Specialist in 2015. In addition to facilities management, she provides administrative support for our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), as well as employee benefits and payroll. She loves being able to help her coworkers with whatever support is needed. She has more than 30 years of experience and is American Payroll Association certified.

Her favorite place in Arkansas is anywhere outdoors. Arkansas really is The Natural State, and she loves to be out in nature. When she's not working, she enjoys horseback riding, hanging out with her two boys and playing with her five German shepherds.
