Payton joined CJRW in May 2023 as Social Media Manager. She leads both organic and paid social efforts for clients, managing everything from initial planning and creative review to execution and optimization. With a sharp eye on trends and platform insights, Payton makes sure content feels native to each channel while staying true to the brand behind it. Her favorite part of the job is watching ideas move from brainstorms to feeds, knowing just how much thoughtful work goes into every post.

Payton brings more than six years of social media experience to the role and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Central Arkansas. She loves exploring every corner of Arkansas, especially small towns full of charm and new discoveries.

Outside the office, Payton is usually spending time with her husband and friends, hunting for the perfect (and very much unnecessary) antique or estate sale find, testing out a new recipe in the kitchen or stitching away on her latest needlepoint canvas.
