Paula Blanco Pérez joined CJRW in 2025 as a producer. In her role, she oversees video and audio production from concept to completion –– scheduling, selecting talent and vendors, coordinating sets and overseeing post-production. With both bachelor’s and master's degrees in film from the University of Central Arkansas, Paula brings a strong storytelling vision and experience in short films, features and commercial work.

In Arkansas, Paula loves wandering the streets of Eureka Springs, where unique shops and nostalgic charm remind her of small European towns. Her favorite place to travel outside of Arkansas is home in Spain, where she can visit family and friends and eat fantastic food!

Off the clock, Paula can be found camping, painting something cool or relaxing with her dogs and cat.
