Mary Read Hedges joined CJRW in 2022 as a Senior Account Manager. She’s our go-to for translating client goals into clear strategy, keeping teams aligned and making sure the work actually works. With more than a decade of experience in advertising, branding and marketing in both Little Rock and New York City, Mary Read has managed national and international accounts for brands like AVON Global, Zales, Beautyrest and CALIA by Dick’s Sporting Goods. What keeps her energized is the challenge. There’s always something new to learn, and she’s all in for it.

Born and raised in Little Rock, Mary Read’s favorite place to visit in Arkansas is the Buffalo National River, a nod to annual family float trips and some of her favorite memories growing up. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her spending time with her family on a bike ride, curled up with a book by the fire or fully committed to a semi-competitive game night.
