Kinyata Gray
Chief People Officer
Kinyata joined CJRW as Chief People Officer in 2023. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing processes and projects in performance management, employee relations and learning & development - as well as ensuring that CJRW attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent. She enjoys serving as a strategic business and integral thought partner with leadership and as a trusted advocate, resource and sounding board for employees. Her credentials include a bachelor’s in business administration from Harding University, a master’s in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas and over a decade of experience in human resources leadership roles.
She looks forward to spending more time exploring Arkansas — her latest plans are to visit the historic Beard & Lady Inn in the Boston Mountain region of the Ozarks in Chester.
When she’s not working, you can find her rooting for her beloved Chicago Cubs, traveling for concerts, attending Broadway shows and performing in local theater, solo traveling - then finally giving in and binge watching a show once it’s already gained popularity. Most notably, she enjoyed acting as a featured extra in the number one Hallmark movie of 2018, Christmas at Graceland.
