Kinyata Gray joined CJRW in March 2023 and serves as Chief People & Operations Officer, an expanded role from her time as Chief People Officer. She works across people, operations and business systems to help keep the agency running smoothly, overseeing Human Resources, Accounting, Information Technology and contract management. Kinyata is known for being both a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for employees, bringing a thoughtful, people-first approach to everything she does.

With more than a decade of experience in human resources leadership, Kinyata thrives in the space where people and business intersect. She finds the most meaning in building trust, supporting teams and helping create an environment where both individuals and the agency can grow.

Originally from Searcy, Kinyata loves a quick trip to Hot Springs, a place filled with special memories for her and her husband. Outside of work, she teaches barre classes (Beyoncé is always on the playlist), travels for concerts, gets lost in a good audiobook and never turns down a psychological thriller.
