Keonia, or “Kee” for short, joined CJRW in 2022 and serves as Creative Project Manager. She’s the person who helps turn big ideas into finished work, keeping projects moving from kickoff to launch while partnering closely with account, strategy, creative, production and media teams. From managing timelines and priorities to tracking approvals, Kee helps ensure high-quality work is delivered on time. She loves seeing campaigns come to life, especially those that represent Arkansas in a positive way and create meaningful impact for the communities it serves.

She brings a strong background in creative operations and project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-volume deliverables. She’s also continuing her education in Mass Communications, strengthening how she thinks about messaging, storytelling and audience-focused work.

A Little Rock native, Kee loves spending time downtown and around the River Market, drawn to the energy, food and river views. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her traveling, trying a new restaurant, planning her next outfit or finding small ways to make everyday life feel a little more fun.
