Jay joined CJRW in 2023 as an Associate Art Director. In his role, Jay develops visual concepts and delivers designs through various forms of media. He most enjoys working on the development of brand identities, seeing the strategies behind creative projects and feeling engaged by work that he’s interested in. Jay started his career as a screen printer, which led him to graphic design.

Little Rock is not only Jay’s hometown, but also his favorite place in Arkansas, because “nothing feels like being at home.” He loves to explore the city and find new places to visit. Outside of Arkansas, he has fond memories of Orlando, Florida, and enjoys traveling there.

When he’s not at work, Jay keeps his creativity flowing by printing T-shirts for his friends, as well as advocating for the increase of Black creatives.
