Jacob joined the agency as Billing Coordinator in 2023. In his role, he coordinates accounts payable and client billing, and he enjoys getting a front row seat to watch others succeed in fulfilling client needs. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas in business administration and experience in both client billing and vendor management.

He loves to spend time in northwest Arkansas since there is so much to do there, from outdoor activities like hiking to exploring the halls of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. He is also a big foodie, and there is no shortage of great food options to explore in that region.

When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Penny, volunteering with the Arkansas Rice Depot and relaxing on Lake Hamilton with friends and family.
