After stints with the company in 2013 and 2020, Ike rejoined the CJRW team full time as an Associate Creative Director in June 2025. It’s Ike’s job to help shape campaigns from ideation to execution, making sure they’re cared for with our signature creative excellence and strategic alignment. He also puts his 15 years of experience in the industry to use by mentoring a team of writers and art directors throughout the process. That’s really his favorite part of the job — getting to collaborate with others and make some good stuff together.

A Little Rock native, Ike’s favorite spot in The Natural State is Hot Springs for the lake and weird (good) vibes. He wears many hats outside the office (and that’s not even mentioning the collection of baseball hats he wears TO the office) — dad, musician, cinephile, basketball fan and more.
