Estefanie joined CJRW as an Account Manager in 2017. Her numerous roles at the agency include managing clients' marketing campaigns, providing Spanish translations and multicultural/diversity consultations, leading the agency's project management system transition, assisting new business development efforts and serving as the Board of Directors’ secretary.

Her favorite part of her job is seeing first-hand the positive impact our work can have in people's lives and in the state of Arkansas. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications and business administration with emphases in finance and management from Ouachita Baptist University.

Her favorite place to visit in Arkansas is the Old Mill in North Little Rock, because she got engaged there. She also loves walking there during different seasons and seeing the colors and flowers change. Fun fact: She took a photo of the Old Mill for a photography class and won first place!

When she's not working, she enjoys exploring Houston and going to baseball games with her husband.
