Emily joined the agency in 2024 and now serves as Director of Creative Strategy & Operations. In this role, she brings structure, leadership, and strategic alignment to the Creative Department — ensuring teams deliver their best work on time, on strategy, and in close partnership with the broader agency.

Her favorite place to visit in Arkansas is Fayetteville. As a University of Arkansas alum, she loves returning to revisit old favorites while discovering the new places that continue to shape the city.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Emily reading — she reads more than 100 books a year and regularly shares reviews and recommendations. She also enjoys traveling with friends and family and returning to her home state of Louisiana, one of her favorite places to be.
