Dalaney joined CJRW in 2015 and serves as Senior Account Manager. In her role, she manages accounts for Arkansas Tourism and Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, leading marketing strategy and implementation in areas of branding, creative, social media, PR and media. She enjoys ensuring that the big picture plan and seemingly small details come together to achieve the client’s goals. Her clients have experienced impressive growth during her time at CJRW, and she is excited about the role she gets to play in contributing to their endeavors. She has a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a minor in business administration from Ouachita Baptist University.

Her favorite place to visit in Arkansas is the Buffalo National River area. As a kid, her parents took her there annually. In her role at CJRW, she's been fortunate enough to revisit frequently, and each time, she experiences something new on a trail or on the water. She thinks it's truly a state treasure.

When she's not working, she's pretty much always listening to music, and the music selection can range from Willie Nelson to Lil’ Wayne. Her favorite activity is experiencing live music, from big shows at large arenas to acoustic sets at dive bars.
