Celeste joined CJRW in March 2026 as a Billing Coordinator, bringing strong accounting expertise to media and production billing. She works across departments to ensure billing is accurate and efficient, helping keep processes streamlined and clients confident every step of the way.

With more than 20 years of experience in the billing industry and over a decade in the media and film world as a filmmaker, talent agent and casting director, Celeste brings a rare combination of precision and creative insight to her role.

Born in Louisiana and raised in Little Rock, Celeste is a dedicated Razorbacks fan who never misses a chance to head to Fayetteville. Whether it’s a football or basketball game, she’s all in (and always ready for a “Pig Sooie!”).

Outside the office, Celeste is deeply involved in the film community, serving as Vice President of Women in Film Arkansas and supporting mentorship and advocacy for creatives across the state. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her on set, spending time with family and friends or fully embracing her favorite role as “Gigi” to her granddaughter.

Her best advice? Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken, and honestly, they’re not nearly as fun anyway.
