Caitlin Romprey joined CJRW in April 2025 after spending the summer of 2024 participating in the company’s internship program. In her role as an Associate Interactive Developer, Caitlin collaborates with designers and developers to create engaging digital experiences. She loves getting to combine creativity with technical know-how — she’s passionate about making things that don’t just look good, but also function beautifully and are enjoyable to use too.

A Utah native, Caitlin came to Arkansas by way of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she earned a degree in web design and development with double minors in information technology and graphic arts. She loves to swim, whether it’s in the open water or at the pool, so her favorite places in Arkansas are on the water — boating on Greers Ferry Lake, kayaking the Buffalo National River or tubing the Caddo River, just to name a few. When she’s not at her desk, Caitlin stays on the go, whether it’s with a spontaneous road trip, a new outdoor adventure or a stop at a local food spot.
