" In the long run, nothing influences a state’s prosperity more than the education of its people – not oil, coal, gas or any other natural resource. "

(from the Southern Regional Education Board’s 2020 Challenge to Lead Goals for Education report.)

Education is a passion for the CJRW team and we've worked for partners at all levels in this field, from local school districts, colleges and universities, and state education departments to foundations and non-profit organizations committed to school improvement.

Our breadth of experience is illustrated by the institutions and organizations with which we’ve partnered, such as the University of Central Arkansas (UCA), Missouri State University, the University of Arkansas Monticello, the Arkansas Association of Two-Year Colleges (now Arkansas Community Colleges), the Arkansas Department of Education, the Arkansas Arts Academy, AR Kids Read and the Arkansas Advanced Initiative for Math & Science (AAIMS).

Whether it’s through grassroots outreach or a major media push, we know how to help educational institutions and organizations accomplish key goals. We know the varied audiences each needs to reach – parents, students, faculty, administrators, state officials, and key decision-makers and others – and we understand the complexity of education issues.

Our team has helped explain new public education guidelines to the public, and we’ve helped universities attract new students from new target areas. In order to do this, we’ve used our full suite of skills, from public relations and creative strategy to video and print production. If you’re interested in specific examples of our work in education, see what we’ve done for UCA.
