Our paid internship program provides hands-on experience for students who are interested in the advertising industry. You can expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving and communication skills. This is a part-time position, averaging 30 hours per week, working in our Little Rock office. The experience begins June 2 and ends July 10. Participating students will be paid a $3,000 stipend.
Our six-week internship program is highly competitive, with numerous students vying for limited spots. To stand out, showcase your unique skills, experiences, and passion in your application and polished resume. To qualify, you’ll need to be a 2025 spring college graduate, a 2025 fall senior, or a junior with previous internship experience. As an intern at CJRW, you’ll have the ability to focus on creative, media, or client services and apply your college knowledge to REAL projects for major clients such as the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, Arkansas Tourism and Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.
