Digital Media Account Coordinator



Are you crazy organized? Do spreadsheets make you feel things? Then maybe you’re our next Digital Media Account Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be the project manager for the development and delivery of digital media assets. You’ll facilitate collaboration among the client services, creative and media teams, plus communicate directly with digital media vendors.


Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate client goals and objectives to the media team for strategic planning 
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain ad unit specifications
  • Coordinate kick-off meetings with digital vendors, creative team members and media team members
  • Ensure creative assets meet client strategic objectives and are within vendor specifications
  • Manage media vendor creative and traffic deadlines
  • Coordinate delivery, edits and final approval of digital assets with media vendors
  • Obtain guidelines from digital media vendors for agency reference
  • Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring all necessary information is provided to begin work on a deliverable
  • Coordinate and manage client digital media trafficking
  • Oversee the packaging and delivery of digital assets to vendors and verify that assets are complete as required for the ad campaign


Job Qualifications 

  • Highly organized with a minimum of 3 years of digital ad coordination and execution experience
  • Working knowledge of creative and digital media best practices
  • Digital ad design experience is a plus
  • Understanding of digital media metrics and reporting
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
  • Ability and desire to work as part of a team, both within and across departments
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain obstacles to team members
