Billing Coordinator



CJRW is seeking a Billing Coordinator with a basic knowledge of accounting principles and an excellent attention to detail. In addition, the ideal candidate will have refined communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.   • Billing multiple clients during mid-month billing and during month-end billing
  • Helping other Billing Coordinators with their billing as needed
  • Entering production accounts payable after proper approval is given, accruing use tax where needed
  • Reconciling vendor statements to see that all vendor invoices are in the system
  • Processing client checks received, making copies of the checks and processing them in the bank deposit system
  • Entering your time into our accounting system


  • Prior experience in accounting/billing position
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
  • Proven ability to work under strict deadlines and in an environment with many interruptions
